Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, event type, date, venue, coverage requirements, budget range and any message you send. We also collect standard technical information such as browser type and pages visited in order to keep the site secure and improve it.
How we use your information
We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, plan your coverage and deliver your galleries. If you become a client, we retain your contact details for the duration of the engagement and for our accounting records afterwards.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers required to run our studio — for example secure hosting, gallery delivery and email providers — and only to the extent needed to deliver our services or comply with the law.
Image usage
Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, we may use a selection of images from your event in our portfolio, website and social channels. If you prefer your images remain private, let us know before your event date and we will note it in your agreement.
Data retention and your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable period and delete anything we are not legally required to retain.
Cookies
This website uses only essential cookies required for it to function. We do not use advertising trackers.
