Bookings and retainers
A date is confirmed only once a signed agreement and retainer have been received. Retainers are non-refundable as they reserve your date and prevent us from accepting other work.
Coverage and timings
Coverage begins and ends at the times agreed in your booking. Additional hours may be added on the day where our schedule allows and will be invoiced at our standard hourly rate.
Delivery
Social previews are typically delivered within 24 to 72 hours and full edited galleries within one to two weeks, depending on the scale of the event. Delivery timelines are estimates rather than guarantees during peak season.
Editing and creative control
All images are edited to our studio style. Additional retouching beyond standard editing can be arranged at an agreed rate. We retain creative control over the selection of images delivered.
Copyright and usage
We retain copyright in all images. Clients receive a personal use licence, and businesses receive a commercial licence appropriate to the agreed deliverables. Images may not be re-edited or filtered before publishing without written consent.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Cancellations must be made in writing. Retainers are non-refundable, but where possible we will apply the retainer to a rescheduled date within twelve months, subject to availability.
Liability
In the unlikely event of equipment failure, illness or circumstances beyond our control, our liability is limited to a refund of fees paid for services not delivered.
